Which payment options are supported?
With PayZippy, you can start accepting payments from all Credit & Debit Cards (MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, American Express). We currently support 53 net-banking options
Do customers require a PayZippy account for transacting on my website?
Nopes! If your customers have a PayZippy account then they can choose to pay using their PayZippy account. Else, they can checkout normally using their credit/debit card without requiring any PayZippy account.
Do you support International payments?
PayZippy supports international payments, powered by advanced fraud detection mechanisms. However, due to risk concerns, certain categories like SaaS (Software as a Service) and Digital content (eBooks, music) are not eligible for international payments. Note that our fee for international payments is 1.5% over and above our domestic credit card pricing.
Do you support mobile payments?
Absolutely! With PayZippy, you can easily start accepting Credit/Debit card payments on your mobile site/app without any additional technical integration. The PayZippy payment experience is optimized for tablets and mobile devices.
Do you support EMIs?
We understand the importance of EMI transactions in driving sales and are therefore working hard towards offering multi-bank EMIs very soon.
What all APIs do you provide?
PayZippy provides APIs for Charging, Transaction Status Query and Refunds (including partial refunds)
Do you support partial refunds?
Absolutely! You can initiate multiple partial refunds via PayZippy's Refund API as well as via the Merchant Dashboard.
How long does it take to go-live?
Once you have shared all the requisite documents, it usually takes twenty working days to go-live. The technical integration however is super easy and can be completed in just a couple of days.
Is the payment experience customizable as per my website's look & feel?
Yes, that's a must! We offer a unique iFrame option where your customers can enter their card details in a PayZippy iFrame within your website. Thus ensuring that your customers' payment experience is consistent with your own website's look & feel and the customers do not leave your website. You can also choose our Redirect option where your customers get redirected to a co-branded PayZippy page for entering the card details.
How & when will I receive the money for the payments made on my website?
All funds will be settled to your preferred bank account within two working days of the date of transaction.
What kind of MIS/Reports do you provide?
You will get access to a secure PayZippy Dashboard where you can lookup all your transactions using multiple search criteria. You can download detailed transaction reports based on these search filters. You will also receive daily settlement reports containing transaction-level breakup of the funds transferred by PayZippy into your bank account.
What kind of customer support can I expect from PayZippy?
PayZippy offers the same top-notch customer support that Flipkart is known for. You can reach us anytime from 8 AM to 8 PM, all days of the week.
Are you PCI DSS certified?
You bet! At PayZippy, we take security very seriously. Our complete payment platform is PCI DSS certified.
How will you guarantee my data privacy?
PayZippy is a payment solution owned by Flipkart Payment Gateway Services Private Limited (FPGS), which is separate from Flipkart Internet Private Limited, a professionally managed company. FPGS adhere to all data privacy laws while dealing with merchants and users. All merchant and user transaction data, Card information and payment processing systems reside in a PCI - DSS certified environment, where such data is kept confidential under all circumstances.
addition, FPGS complies with all applicable laws, including The Information Technology Act, 2000 and the relevant Rules under the Act.
Is PayZippy only for Merchants in the Flipkart.com Marketplace?
Not at all! PayZippy is available for all Indian merchants who accept or want to accept online & mobile payments.
I do not have a registered company for my business. Can I use PayZippy?
Sigh! Sorry, but currently we are onboarding only those merchants who operate their business under a registered legal entity. But don't lose heart just yet. We are working towards solving for this and hope to start onboarding individuals in the time to come.
What all documents are required for signing up with PayZippy?
The documents required for signing up with Payzippy consists of three parts:
- Documents of your legal entity (E.g. Company Pan Card, Current Account Statement)
- KYC (Know your customer) documents of the promoters (E.g. Identity proof, Address proof)
- Payzippy Application form. (We shall provide you with the form during on-boarding process.)
The exact documentation may vary according to the type of legal entity (Pvt. Ltd., Proprietorship, Partnership, NGO/Trust) and your business model.

Do you have a Sandbox where I can test the integration before going live with PayZippy?
Absolutely! You can test your API integration with us from your staging or local dev environments using our Sandbox. Our Sandbox gives you the flexibility to simulate all possible Success/Failure transaction response and User experience scenarios (redirect/iframe). The best part is, once you have successfully integrated with our Sandbox, you do not require any additional code change or development effort to go-live. You just need to replace the
Test MID & API security keys with the Live MID & keys, and you are good to go live.
Do you provide SDKs?
You bet! PayZippy offers SDKs for PHP and Java. Also in the pipeline are SDKs for other popular platforms like Python, .Net and Ruby.
Do you provide plugins for Magento and other shopping carts?
Yes we do! PayZippy offers easy to use plugins for Magento
, WooCommerce (WordPress)
and Zen Cart
. Many more are in the pipeline.
Do you support subscription/recurring billing?
We hate to say this, but we do not offer any recurring billing solutions at this point in time.
Does your pricing exclude Service Tax?
Yes, the pricing mentioned on our website excludes Service Tax. So, a 2.5% fee after Service Tax (@ 12.36%) will be approximately 2.8%.

Are there any business categories that PayZippy doesn't support?
We do not support Marketplace models, SMS based services, Health care products which require medical subscriptions, Adult goods and services, Alcohol, Body Parts, Unsolicited email messages' softwares, Cable descramblers and black boxes, Copywright unlocking devices, Counterfeit and Unauthorized goods, Drugs, Endangered Species (plants/animals), Gambling, Hacking and Cracking Materials, Illegal and Offensive Goods, Securities (stocks/bonds/financial products), Tobacco and Cigarettes, Weapons, Multi-level marketing collection fees and Work-at-home information (those businesses which do not operate from proper office set-ups)
